Roxaboxen is a design studio based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in expressive, custom typography. In our work we convey complex concepts through the direct language of positive and negative space. We care about context, history, process, collaboration, and cohesion. We believe that every part of a design project, even the periods and commas, ought to communicate with clarity and purpose.
Roxaboxen is named after a desert city, built by kids out of stones and sea glass. Let’s work together.
Over the years we’ve collaborated with start-ups, film producers, fashion brands, advertising agencies, media companies, publishers, conferences, restaurants, and more. Above are just a few of the agencies and organizations that have commissioned or used our work.
